What Is The Cause Of White Patches And Severe Pain?
there is an infection underneath of my tongue, which is lying on a cracked teeth. seems to be sharpened teeth edge damaged the tongue and got infected. white patches infection, but having severe pain. Kindly adivse if i need to see doctor? or should i go to dentist?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the pain could be because of the ulcer secondary to the trauma caused by sharp teeth...the white patch could be a hyperkeratotic tissue due to chronic rubbing.. consult your oral physician and get the sharp teeth rounded off and you can use topical anesthetic and analgesic for pain. i hope my answer will help you..take care..
