What Is The Clear Discharge And Pain In My Anus?

I'm 14 years old and I noticed there's this clear like liquid coming from my anus, I try to wipe it away but it causes a lot of pain and it turns a bit red-ish (not blood like but more sort of light red/yellow)
This has been the second time this has EVER happened, I'm not sexually active or anything and I'm embarrassed to ask my parents about this.
Please help.

Hello,

Discharge from anus maybe due to:
1. Infection like dysentery or amoebiasis
2. Proctitis
3. Hemorrhoid
4. Fistula /fissure
5. Inflammatory bowel disease et cetera

Until examination of the local area it is difficult to say what it is, avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Get stool examination done and get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
