Hi There I ve read your question and understanding your concern. I would like to tell you both Estrace and Activella ( estradiol Norethisteron Acetate) are good as a hormonal replacement therapy. But estradiol Norethisteron Acetate will have little more side effects than Estrace. But even if you want to try then you can try Activella ( estradiol Norethisteron Acetate ) but if you will experience any side effects like rash, itching, difficult in breathing, chest tightness then stop it right away and seek urgent medical attention.
