What Is The Condition That Causes Hindered Thought Processes Leading To Incomplete Sentences While Speaking After A Head Injury?
I was hit in my head by my mom with dementia and Alzheimer s disease I was having headaches seen in the E.R. kept 8 days because the C.A.T. scan came back showing blood in my head I don t have complete amnesia, but I can t complete sentences and I forget a lot of things I say um um a lot when speaking when trying to get words out what is this called

Your symptoms are related to post concussion syndrome and possible vascular dementia. I recommend taking Donepezil or Rivastigmine for the memory and speech problems.
