I have suffered with icthyosis since birth and a retracted penis, which I believe is associated with the condition. Just recently over the last month I have been experiencing some irritation (which feels like the veins) in my penis. I have been to see my GP and she could not spot anything obvious. No-one has ever explained the link between the two things and I wonder whether this might be the cause of the recent discomfort?
