Hi Doctor, My name is Harish. I am a diabetic since 1999. In 2007 I was diagnosed LAD blockage upto 90% and Stunting was done. I was prescribed the following medicines CLAVIX AS 150, LOSAR, EMBETA XR-25, NITROCONTIN 2.6, AND STOREVAS In 2009 I suffered Melena and the doctor stopped CLAVIX AS 150. In 2011 during a routine check I was once again diagnosed blockage and Stunting was done again. I was prescribed the following medicines CLAVIX AS 75, LOSAR A, EMBETA XR-25 AND STOREVAS. For my diabetic treatment I am prescribed Zomelis Met 50/1000 with Ameryl 2 twice a day I want to reduce these medicines and confirm if some changes can be made Gupta
