You have to understand the basics of contact lenses.They will replace glasses(other than cosmetic)since the colour blindness is not a defect of power of the eye it is not helped by contact lens.

Color vision deficiency or color blindness is the inability to perceive differences between some of the colors that others can distinguish.
Causes –
1. Mostly genetically transmitted.
2. Damage to eye, nerve, or brain.
3. Exposure to certain chemicals.

Thanks for the query. Lenses for color blindness is not yet available in india because it is not as common as the european population. If you go to an opthalmologist at a good set up he will know someone who can get it for you. Have a healthy living
