What Is The Cramp Close To The Heart And Under The Left Side?

Yes, yesterday I started having cramp like feeling close to my heart and under it just on the left side. I am experiencing shortness of breath, and when I walk it hurts more than when I am laying still. This just came on yesterday after I had a cigarette. I haven't been smoking long at all, and I don't smoke often.

hello, I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.Any pain which increases or is aggravated by walking and relieved by rest is likely heart pain,I.e.Angina.Besides this you have shortness of breath too,so I suggest you to get a resting ECG .If it is normal you must get exercise treadmill test done. This will rule out or confirm heart disease.depending upon its result you may need further work up for heart or evaluation for other cause of your symptoms.
please give up smoking
my best wishes
