What Is The Cure For Bleeding Caused After Rough Sex?

On Saturday I was having crazy rough sexy for hours. A few times. I noticed last night and today I have peed out little clots of blood. The sexual session lasted longer than normal so maybe I popped a vessel or something. Is this common or just wishful thinking? Any treatment? How long until it might pass??

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Rough intercourse can lead to abrasions or postcoital tears.
Small abrasions will heal by themselves and may not need treatment.
As you passed clots of blood there is possibility of postcoital tear.
If the bleeding and pain persists better to get examined.
Once consult gynecologist and get examined.
By examination the location of tear and its extent can be identified.
Depending on that treatment options can be planned.
Deeper tears may need suturing.
Along with that course of antibiotics, analgesic and anti inflammatory drugs may needed.
Better to avoid intercourse till the tear heals.
Take care.
