hello, I slipped down the staircase 3 months back and in the digital xray report it says that there is a compression between d11 and d12 on the spine. It pains when i wake up and when i am in the same posture for a long time. i am 21 years of age. How can it be cured permanently. Please advise.
All you need to do is MRI lumbo sacral spine or your vertebrae to check compression on your cord and if there is compression than start with physiotherapy and if not relieved than surgery would be last resort.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
