What Is The Cure For Diarrhea, Loose Motion, Noise From Stomach?
Loud rumbling in stomach with diarrhea and loose bowels. First morning after eating chocolate cheese cake the night before I ate oatmeal and bananna and threw up. Then after for four days diarrhea and loose bowels. I'm hungry but afraid to eat because it goes in one way and out the other. What can I do told fix this problem. Afraid I will dehydrate. Even when I drink fluids it goes in and out.
Hi! welcome to HCM! You are suffering from acute gastroenteritis.Viruses and the bacteria Escherichia coli and Campylobacter species are the primary causes of gastroenteritis. There are, however, many other infectious agents that can cause this syndrome. Gastroenteritis is usually an acute and self-limiting disease that does not require medication. The preferred treatment in those with mild to moderate dehydration is oral rehydration therapy (ORT). Antibiotics are not usually used for gastroenteritis, although they are sometimes recommended if symptoms are particularly severe or if a susceptible bacterial cause is isolated or suspected. Some probiotics and yogurt may be beneficial. hope this helps!
