I am 25yrs, 51kg and 4.8f tall, female. I have dysmenorrhea since 2003. I have had no proper treatment but now whenever I eat or drink I get vomiting and diarrhea severely. I have clots passed in bleeding, and I can't afford bills, any first aid for me?
It seems that dysmenorrhea has affected you very badly. Please do not ignore this. Do ultrasound of lower abdomen o know the reason (sometimes it may be because of some ovarian cysts). Take pain relief medications like paracetamol, they are safe. For heavy bleeding, again knowing the cause is important- by ultrasound and some blood tests like complete count and coagulation profile.
You can take tranexaemic acid tablets for bleeding. In most cases, taking oral contraceptive pills regularly can help in reducing the pain and bleeding. However, if the problem persists, despite taking the pill for more than 3 months, you may need additional testing and treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
