What Is The Cure For Inflammation In Anus And Mucous In Latrine?

Dear Sir/Madam,I am a37 year old lady have a girl child of 09 years .My weight about 68 kg.I am suffering from clear mucous in my latrine once a day and feel inflamation in my anus for three to four hours and also my west feel tired for this.please advice me.Is it very serious.
