I have gone through your query regarding severe pain in throat and ear. As you said that you have seen something swollen and having white spots on right side of throat
It appears that you are having chronic tonsillitis with recurrent episodes of acute exacerbation. During these acute phase you are having earache is the referred pain in ear.
As far as the treatment is concern You should get yourself examine by an ENT doctor for thorough examination and necessary investigations and ultimately plan for treatment.
Regards.
