What Is The Cure For The Soreness In The Body Causing Hyperventilating Due To An Accident?

I was in a car accident. The entire right side of my body is sore. It hurts to walk or pick anything up. I have few second blackouts and find myself hyperventilating. Is there anything I can do for myself? I am a junior in a technical school for culinary.
