What Is The Cure For The Throat And Stomach Pain Caused Due To Bleaching Intake?

I accidentally ingested bleach yesterday, about 15 hours ago I'd say. My throat hurts, I can't eat anything, everything tastes bad, and my stomach hurts. I don't think I'm at any real risk because I threw it up and got I believe most of the bleach out. What should I eat/drink to speed up my throat and stomachs recovery?

if ur stable thn it must have not caused so much destruction I would say. but I will advise u following labs
BLLOD CP
RFTs and LFTs
PT PTTK
Use cap omeprazole 20mg twice a day 20 min before food
