What Is The Daily Recommended Dosage Of Carbidopa And Levodopa?
Can I know what s the daily limits for carbidopa? Levodopa? I ve been diagnosed PD for 13 years. My Neurologist prescribed me Stalevo 150 mg, and some Sinemet instant pill 25-100 (carbi 25, levo 100). I am confused at the daily limits when I am taking both pills every day. Thanks! Chee

The dose varies up to five-fold dependent on the individual. A low dose is started and increased until the person has improved. Since Parkinson's gets worse over time, the dose has to be increased periodically.
