What Is The Diagnosis For Tightness And Bloating In Stomach?

Hi since about 9pm last night my stomach has been really tight and bloated which has caused me to have barely any sleep after waking up at 5:30 needing to vomit quite bladly I then started getting very bad hot and cold chills my body has became very weak and because my stomach is so bloated i havent been able to eat at all.
Are you able to shed some light on to what may be wrong with me?

Hi, I have read your query and according to me you are suffering from viral disease so don't bother and take rabiprazole+domperidone & if chills then take paracetamole. you should also take rest and healthy diet with fruiets.
