Hi Tamal, I have patients like your father and I am willing to guide you in looking after him. But I require more details regarding his height & weight, blood sugar levels, HbA1c within the last 3 months, Lipids, creatinine and electrolyte values. Let me know his medications and how often he has dialysis One can let him choose foods of his liking if these parameters are satisfactory but he will have restrictions if sugar or Potassium is high.
