I can understand your concern.
At 160 cm height , your ideal weight should be around 52-56 Kg. Let me help you out.
Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals ,
proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water.
There is no fixed time for having food.
Say 9 a.m for breakfast , 1 p.m lunch , 4 p.m 1-2 fruits , 7 p.m - Dinner
That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
Low normal blood pressure is absolutely fine.
