what is the DIFFERENVE BETWEEN Adapalene Microsphere and clindamycin phosphate 0.1% gel Brand Name- DERIVA CMS _mfg from Glenmark , and Erytop (brand Name) formulation Adapalene and clindamycin phosphate 0.1% gel in IndiA In 1st there is Adapalene MICRO SPHERE IS USED , whereas in 2nd Adapalene used in normal form , Both are gel based preparation. Please let me know the specific reason or use of microspheres in this case for Topical application

Adapalene is a vitamin A derivative that puts the skin past puberty and ends the predisposition to acne. It is more effective. If female, birth defects from it are a very serious concern.
