hello
labour pains start from your lower back and radiate towards the front of your tummy on the lower side and to the medial side of your thighs. these contractions are not continous and come at regular intervals, initially 30 -40mns appart and later wit an increased frequency. they may be associated with some discharge which may be slightly blood stained.
