Hello, You had a dime sized mass under the skin of your cheek. You squeezed the contents out that stunk and came out as yellow sebum. The hair follicles have oil glands and when the hair follicle gets blocked, the sebum can t get out hence causing foul smell. The sebum turns into blackhead when the oxygen oxidises the sebum. Never pop, touch or squeeze as infection may occur. You have sensitive and oily skin in the face. Wash the face frequently. Take steam on the facial skin at home or at the parlor at least once in a week, let the pores open so that the skin can breathe. Always apply water based moisturizers. Take a lot of fruits, veggies, berries to help skin clean and shiny. To avoid acne, you can take a course of Doxycycline so that recurrence of symptoms do not occur.
