My menstrual cycle is so unbalanced. My lower abdomen Ultrasound is all normal.how to balance hormones? I took Ovral G once and it dint suit me n i got serious trouble with my liver and once i took ebexid. It worked. So what are actual dosage i should take of ebixid and for how long?
Ebixid contains nicotinamide, thyroxine and vitamin B6 or pyridoxine which is used to treat hypothyroidism. It works by supplementing vitamin and other nutritional deficiencies in the body. This way it ensures proper growth and functioning of the body. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medication at a fixed time. This medication shouldn't be taken more than the recommended dose.
If you suffer from hypothyroidism, then you can take this medication according to your doctor's advice usually for life long. You should undergo thyroid function tests to assess your thyroid glands' functioning. If you think that your unbalanced menstrual cycles may result from hormonal imbalance, then you should consult an endocrinologist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your questions. Let me know if I can assist you further.
