What Is The Dosage Of Colomex That Will Be Suggested For Constipation?
My baby was born the last friday, he is only 2 days old. He feeds well, but his poop is a few hard and he has a lot of gases because he cries and get red. The pharmacist has recommended colimex drops, but not too small? can hurt? what dosage would have to give? Thank you so much.
