What Is The Dosage Of Ibugesic In A 5 Year Old?
Hi Doctor, My daughter is 5 yeras old and 16 kg. I consulted with a doctor for 102 fever occurin every 9 hours for 3 days Following dosages are prescribed - Ibugesic - 9 ml Sinarest (having paracetamol) - 5ml I have given to my daughter she is fine now. I have never given this much dose to my kid. I hope these dosages are fine. Regards Parent

Ibuprofen is given 5 to 10 per kg body weight. 16 kgs child we give Ibugesic 8 .Your doctor must have rounded off as your child may be 16.8 or 16.5 kgs. As your child's weight is more, you require higher dose. Hope you got clear idea.
