Hello dear
Understand your concern
for safe and effective abortion, it should be done under medical surveillance after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week. Self medication use of abortion pill is prohibited as it cause uncontrollable complication and risk. My proper procedure, mifepristone 200 mg orally after food followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally after 24 hour by gynecologist is standard dose and schedule. But another 400 ug should be taken after 4 hour to avoid incomplete abortion if no induced bleeding is started. So you should consult the gynecologist ans tell your bleeding history. If it is less with out tissue and clots, you definitively need another 400 ug after 4 hour. Confirmation of complete abortion should be done at 14th day by USG.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
