What Is The Dosage Of Valsartan?

because of insurance requirements I have had to change medications. For the last 8 years I have taken Benicar HCT 20-12.5 mg After some confusion, I got a new prescription for Valsartan HCTZ My question is: is the valsartan 160-12.5 mg an equivalent dosage?
