What Is The Dosage Of Warfarin While On Ibuprofen?

I am 6 days post partial knee replacement. I am on warfarin 5 mg. daily. Norco does nothing to help with pain. I have taken Ibuprofen q 8 hours at 400 mg. and it is managing pain well, which helps with proper rehab. I know the Ibuprofen can cause additional bleeding or bruising, Can warfarin be adjusted to accommodate the use of Ibuprofen.

No, there is no way to adjust the Warfarin drug to accommodate the use of Ibuprofen drug You run the risk of a serious bleeding episode if you continue to take Ibuprofen while on Warfarin.
