please i need help with my gf pregnancy we live in a country that e abortion is illegal. and she is in her 6th week and i already bought cytotec . And she already made a sonar test and the baby is already inside the Uterus but i don't know the Dosage because we need it to happen in 12 hours that's our time limit and without any body notice that she had one . so i heard 4 oral and 4 vaginal and after 9 hours two for cleaning oral. is that right? and what the chances for bleeding ? and what to do ?

In countries where abortion is illegal, Misoprostol ( CYTOTEC )alone can be used to cause an abortion. Incorrect use of Misoprostol can be harmful for the health of a woman.
There should also be a facility of nearby hospital ,so that in case of any emergency ,you can visit the hospital.
To cause an abortion, a woman must put 4 pills of of 200 micrograms (in total 800 mcg) Misoprostol under the tongue. Do not swallow the pills (at least until 30 minutes after putting the tablets under the tongue.)
After 3 hours she should put another 4 pills of Misoprostol under the tongue.
After 3 hours she should put another 4 pills of Misoprostol under the tongue again for a third time. Do not swallow.
If no bleeding occurs after the third dose, the abortion did not take place and the woman has to try it again after a couple of days or travel abroad to a country where it is legal or try again to find a doctor.
The success rate with CYTOTEC alone is only 90%.
However the best way to terminate the pregnancy is to use one tablet of MIFEPRISTONE followed 48 hours by oral intake of 4 tablets of MISOPROSTOL of 200 micrograms each.But this is done in countries where abortion is legal.
