My advise to you is- Don't take this medication yourself without consulting a qualified Gynaecologist.Dosage varies from 200-800mcg but it is contraindicated in some cases.So please donot take it blindly it can be life threatening.It can be given by various routes-Orally,vaginal administration or rectal administration.
It is to be taken under supervision.
