had a seizure 11 years ago and was first put on dilantin then was changed to neurontin. took this for all those years and no doctor ever said maybe i could stop taking this drug. just recently i asked if i could start tapering off and stop completely. dr said yes and i cannot possibly tell you what an absolutely horrible nightmare it was. went to hospital and it took months to even start feeling like a human being. what can you tell me about this ordeal i went through.
