What Is The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello Last week I had spots of blood on my underwear I know that this is a different type of bleeding than i have ever experienced before this lasted for 4 days, yesterday i took a hpt and it was negative could there still be a possibility that i am pregnant if not then what else could it be?

I understood your concern and My opinion is that the most common early sign of pregnancy is missing period along with positive pregnancy test
If it comes negative than you are not pregnant.
other common symptoms are Nausea, vomiting, lower abdominal pain, un easiness, occasional headache,GI disturbabces but they are of significance only if your pregnancy test comes positive
