hi thanks for asking weight loss is not an easy job it is slow and gradual if you are able to loss weight in little time you might get complications of acute weight loss e.g gall bladder stones........i would suggest to do the following
1) drink plenty of water early in morning before breakfast
2) take isphagul husk in morning
3) take frequent and small meals
4) do not lay in bed after eating
5) do not drink water after eating meals
6) do about an hour of fast exercise daily for 6 days a week e.g running or walking fast
