Hi I can understand your concerns regarding the safety of Mifepristone during pregnancy. Mifepristone use is considered contraindicated in pregnancy. FDA has assigned Mifepristone as a pregnancy category X.
It can cause harm the fetus when administered during pregnancy.
Since there was some amount of bleeding following its use, there may be a possibility of incomplete abortion as well.
So, I advise you to consult your treating obstetrician for a careful follow up which may require serial ultrasound scans to detect any early fetal malformation.
Continue to take Iron & Folic acid tablets along with Calcium supplements as prescribed by your treating obstetrician.
Hope the suggestion given above could be useful.
