What Is The Expected Date Of Delivery?

Hi, im Aisha and my question is, i am pregnant and as i went for ultrasound for two times, this last time i went there i was 18 weeks and 5 days pregnant. i always thought i got pregnant on 15th july 2012 but when they checked with ultrasound they told me that my due date is 16th march 2013 and the over due was 23rd march 2013. i had my last periods on 9th june 2012 and i had sex with my boyfriend on 23rd june 2012 and i took a morning after pill (norlevo) on monday at night (11.30pm) on 25th june 2012. And i slept with him again on 15th july. did i get pregnant on that very day 23rd june 2012 based on my due date? but i took a pill...my boyfriend by then lived far away from my place but now we live together.

Hi, thanks for writing to HCM..Usually due date is calculated from the Last menstrual period.. As per that ur EDD is on 16th march. That means you have got pregnant on 23rd june.. Scan also shows growth almost corresponding to your due date. Due date is calculated from the 1st scan. If its around 16th march its the expected date of delivery. Hope i have answered your queries..
