What Is The Flush Like Substance Appearing In My Bowel Movement?

I have flesh like stuff coming out of me when i poop very little poop small very small tiny balls of poo mostly white redish pieces of flesh but getting larger chunks of flesh in last two days i also have a knot in left lower side and gets larger when i have to poop

You have problem of some substance in stool that may be because of parasitic infection like giardia or other reasons.
Stool sample test is helpful for further diagnosis.
