Hi,

Duolin respules contain both levosalbutamol and ipratropium which is used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. It helps to relax the muscles of the air passages and makes it easier to breathe. It relieves coughing, wheezing and feeling short of breath. It is a safe medication for long time use if it is used according to the doctor's advice. One respule three times daily or the doctor will tell how often one needs to use. The effect of this medication may be noticeable after a few days but will only reach its maximum after a few weeks.

This medicine must be used regularly to be effective, so go on taking it even if someone doesn't have any symptoms. That means it's doing its job. If someone stops taking it, his or her respiratory problems like cough, wheezing, shortness of breath etc., may get worse. Thus, before use or stop taking this medication, someone should consult his or her doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your questions. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
