What Is The Gush That Caused Soaking Of Underwear During Pregnancy?

I am five weeks pregnant with my second child, my fiance and I were walking through Wal-Mart when I felt a gush. I went to the bathroom and my underwear was soaked. This happened twice, I am already having trouble with a low hormone count. What could this be and what should I do?

Discharge starts increasing as the pregnancy advances so there is nothing to worry but In case it gets profusely foul smelling then visit your gynecologist immediately
