What Is The Hard And Painful Mass Above The Anal Sphincter?

There is a hard mass above my anal sphincter just below my tailbone. It feels Internal. Every so often there is a pressure within my anus. Every so often when the pressure is dissipated it is because I have expelled a puss like discharge. I rode my bicycle to the store today because riding a bicycle doesn t hurt me. It felt like I was leaking gases. When I returned home I had noticed in my underwear that it was bloody.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having piles, my treatment advice is -
1. Take diet full of green leafy vegetables to prevent constipation.
2. Apply a calcium dobisilate cream like Osil cream twice a day.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. If problem persists then consult a general surgeon as it may require invasive treatment.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
