What Is The Hard Mass, Looking Like Testicle Between The Testicle And Body Cavity?

I just recently (2 weeks Friday) had a vesectomy. Swelling has gone
Down for the most part, however now checking my self I had found a mass
That is relatively the same size as the testicles, between the right testicle
And the body cavity. I couldnt tell you if it was there pre-vesectomy or not.
The mass is painless and harder then the testical.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Vasectomy is a small procedure. The lump you are feeling must be due to hematoma. The structure of the cord is so typical that it has multiple layers of tissues and a small blood vessel which was not oozing at the time of closure can form a hematoma as a slow ooze continues.
Most of the times such hematomas are self-healed. Need no special treatment.
Body will automatically absorb this.
You can certainly wait and watch for one more week.
