General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Difficulty or delay in urination can be caused due to urinary tract infection or urinary tract stones. I would suggest you to take urine routine, culture, sensitivity and X-ray KUB to identify the cause. Hard spot in the stomach should be investigated with abdominal ultrasound.Adequate hydration and antibiotic therapy will reduce the urinary infection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
