What Is The Ideal Menu For The Infant Having Constipation?

Hi Doc. My name is ashita. My daughter is 1.8 months old (wt. 10 kg) but usually suffers from the problem of constipation. My paed has advised me to stop giving her milk but she is fond of milk. what should be her ideal diet menu (with quantity) so that she can stay healthy without the problem of constipation?

She hasn't be given only mother's milk and nothing else. Not even water up to 6months. Constipation in such a small kid is not able issue as they passed stool some times in a week once. For You my advice is to take healthy diet full of vegetables, papaya, less protein. Avoid fast food.
