What Is The Ideal Treatment For Typhoid Fever - Zanocin Or Injection?

My daughter is 5yr old.she suffering typhoid fever. doctor advice me to give zanocin 100 liquid 6ml for 10days 2twice daily. or I give typhoid injection to her.what is better for her? using zanocin 100 any side effects? which one is better for her injection or zanocin 100.plz advice me.

Injection Typhoid is only for prevention.For treatment she needs Antibiotics.It's fine to continue with Zanocin. If child is active, eating and alert antibiotic injections are also not needed.
