I am currently on zoloft I've been 180 pounds for the last 20 years . every since the doctor put me on this medicine for anxiety attacks about 2 years ago i gained the weight .. and also how can I use it to my advantage. the medicine that is as far is working out lifting weights that sort of thing . in your opinion do you think it would work for my upper body parts as far as muscle gains instead of around my waist ... thank you in advance Richard
Based on the Hamwi formula (1964), your ideal weight is 159.4 lbs. Better not to take medicine for muscle gains by doing workout you can increase your muscle mass easily. Taking too much medicines for muscle gain will not give you you benefit but will addict you.
