welcome to Health care magic.
1.Similar symptoms are seen in many patients after i-pills.
2.There could be some irregularities in the periods and associated pains.
3.For definitive diagnosis get an ultrasound scan done, which will help to find the status of the uterus and ovaries.
4.Mean wile take some pain killers and get appointment to see your GP.
5.Suggest to have safe sex to avoid frequent i-pill usage, which will cause irregularities in periods and difficulty in pregnancy.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
