What Is The Issue If I Have Swollen Eyes Even After Using Motair LC?

Hi Sir, I have been suffering with swelling under my eyes and got diagnosed with sinus by CT scan. By doctor I was told to use "Montair LC" for two weeks and then to see the results. Will this medicine be used for reducing swelling under my eyes.
FYI : I don't have head ache, running nose and any other symptoms,except noticable swollen eyes...Please let me know what could be the issue
