What Is The Large And Hard Lump In The Head After An Injury?

Hello! I hit my head about 3 years ago on a chair and since then there has been a lump on the left side of my head near the back of my ear. The lump is quite large and hard. It doesn t hurt when I touch it unless I press really hard. I have been worried about it a lot and now I ve been getting this spacey feeling in my head. What could this be? I m planning to see a doctor shortly.

hi.

was there a loss of consciousness when you hit your head? are there any other signs and symptoms aside from the lump?

it is best if you consult with a physician (preferably a neurologist) and have a head CT-scan done to check for the extent of the "lump" in your head. management will be directed accordingly with your doctor's findings.

hope this helps.

good day!!
