What Is The Large And Painful Lump In My Inner Thigh?
I have a large marble sized lump on the inside of my upper thigh, a couple inches off from my vulva. It started off small and recently it s gotten a lot larger and even protrudes out a bit now. It isn t too painful but is a source of soreness, especially when I walk and my inner thighs rub together. What could it be ?

It seems that you might be having some skin infection due to rubbing of two thighs producing irritation.
If swelling is bigger then you might require one antibiotic medicine course.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local part clean and dry.
Reduce weight if you are obese.
