im asking of how to know when you have done excces masterbating i have done it 8 times now but in every few days betwwen 3 at least which only happened once .i do it when im excited or watching porn .so how do i know if i did it too much im in the age of 14 becoming 15 next 3 months

Doing masturbation is not abnormal. Whenever you are excited or watching porn you can masturbate. There is no limit for masturbation.
